Johnny Ritchie has been playing music since he was 5 and performing now for 14 years. He grew up in Wabash, IN and later went to school for piano and music performance at Western Michigan University. He teaches private music lessons at Post Falls Music Academy where he has around 60 weekly students and accompanies for various choirs in the area including Lakeland High School, Lewis and Clark High School, and Shadle High School. He also plays keyboard/synth in local band Flying Funk. Johnny has the goal of teaching music overseas as part of the international school system and is currently in the master's in music education program at Eastern Washington University to gain the necessary credentials. Johnny lives in Spokane and when he’s not doing music he enjoys watercolor painting, traveling, and running.
